Our main goal is to achieve a 100% on-time delivery rate while maintaining a high standard in tool making for injection molded parts at a competitive and fair price for international companies.
Shanghai factory:
Our facility near Shanghai is a fully equipped technology factory with up-to-date 3D CAD stations, in order to design the best parts and molds, the newest CNC machinery, EDM, milling centers, and wire-cutting machines. Our tool shop has special machinery to create sophisticated molds and we handle in-house mold design and making. We are an excellent manufacturer for electronic encasings, gearwheels, and precision components with tight tolerances. We have five Chinese mold vertical presses that can make small or large series of injection molded products.
We also specialize in creating molds for export, which can be used in your own factory. Communication is essential, and we need to align your injection mold machine specification with our tool or mold specifications.
We work with all kinds of thermoplastics such as common used ABS, high-impact PS, ABS/PC, glass-filled compounds, and even WPC (wood composite blends). We also have the ability to import foreign thermoplastics if necessary.
